1. Definitions and applicability

1.1. In these terms of service, the terms below have the meaning indicated:

- Agreement: The Agreement between the customer and the company pursuant to which company has agreed to deliver or have delivered to the customer the croducts ordered by the customer.

- Customer:a person who visits the website or places or wishes to place an order.
- Game:The computer game(s) titled: RuneScape.
- Other Services:Services other than physical products and virtual goods offered and/or provided via the website and related to the game, such as services which will improve your character ingame.
- Order:An order for a product placed by a customer on or via the website.
- Physical Products:Physical products offered by the company via the website such as apparel and physical merchandising products.
- Products: The virtual goods, physical products and/or other services offered, delivered and/or provided via the website.
- Virtual Goods:Virtual in-game goods offered and/or provided via the website and to be used in the game, such as virtual game characters, virtual weapons, ingame currency.

2. Use of the Website

2.1. By using the website, the customer confirms:

2.1.1. that these general terms of service apply and that it accepts these in full;
2.1.2. that it is a natural person, not acting in the scope of trading, commercial or professional activities, and that it is at least 18 years old;
2.1.3. not to use the website for illegitimate purposes;
2.1.4. not to make any false or fraudulent orders or other transactions;
2.1.5. not to use the website for trading or commercial or professional activities;
2.1.6. that it knows the terms of use of the game and that it has asserted that its use of the website and the products is not in breach of the terms of use of the game;
2.1.7. that the information provided to the company and/or through the website is correct and complete.

 3. Offers, Prices and Agreements

3.1. All offers are without obligation to the company.
3.2. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer of the products do not bind the company.
3.3. Prices can be changed at any time. Except for what is stipulated in the foregoing, this will not affect orders confirmed by the company.
3.4. Prices include any applicable VAT.
3.5. The company is entitled to impose a limits on the amount of the orders the customer may place.
3.6 The administration of the company or third parties appointed by the company applies as evidence, subject to evidence to the contrary, of the orders placed by the customer, of payments made and of deliveries carried out by the company. Electronic communication can serve as evidence.

4. Payment

4.1. The customer makes the payment in accordance with the payment methods offered on the Website and in accordance with the conditions stipulated.
4.2. The company may demand that before its performance of the agreement, the price for the products ordered and additional expenses are fully paid upfront.

5. Privacy

By providing his or her (personal) data, the customer agrees that the company may use these data to contact the customer and process the data as described in the privacy statement.

6. Delivery & Refunds

6.1 The company is not affiliated with RuneScape and does not take responsibility for any action against the customers RuneScape account. The company has never heard of one of their being customers banned for Real World Trading (RWT), however this is does not give a guarantee, the company is not responsible for any actions taken the customers account from purchasing any product from the company’s website.
6.2 If the customer does not make an attempt to contact the company he or she has placed an order, the company will either refund the payment, contact the customer through his or her e-mail provided on the company’s order form, or will deliver as soon as the customer contacts the company through live-chat. All orders are delivered within a maximum of 24 hours. If the company is unable to deliver an order within 24 hours the company will refund in full.
6.3 After delivery, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.
6.4 The company may allow you to request a refund for your payment to be used on other products on our site, at anytime prior to delivery. For example the customer wishes to order gold from another server, he or she may do so before delivery.
6.5 Refunds are only granted if an order is not delivered within 24 hours (With an exception of Skilling/Powerlevelling/Questing orders).
6.6 After delivery there is no option to exchange for other products at our shop.

Additional Terms and Conditions; EULAs

When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “G2A Pay services provider”) to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A.COM is becoming Merchant of Record over your purchase. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements which can be found under the link https://pay.g2a.com/terms-and-conditions and are not subject to the Terms on this website. In order to proceed the payment transaction, you temporary entrusts the G2A.COM with subject of the transaction, and G2A.COM takes responsibility for the product and for the transaction processing. With respect to customers making purchases through G2A Pay services provider checkout, (i) the Privacy Policy of G2A Pay services provider shall apply to all payments and should be reviewed before making any purchase, and (ii) the G2A Pay services provider Refund Policy shall apply to all payments unless notice is expressly provided by the relevant supplier to buyers in advance. In addition the purchase of certain products may also require shoppers to agree to one or more End-User License Agreements (or “EULAs”) that may include additional terms set by the product supplier rather than by Us or G2A Pay services provider. You will be bound by any EULA that you agree to. You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
